Casino Voodoo terms explained
About this page
This page summarises selected Casino Voodoo rules; it does not replace the terms that apply to a player’s account. SuprPlay Limited is the company named in the casino’s terms as the contracting party. SuprPlay Ltd, Malta is identified there as responsible for deposits, withdrawals and player management.
Who can hold an account
Casino Voodoo’s terms require players to be at least 18 and permanent UK residents. SuprPlay checks age at registration; until it can confirm age, the account cannot be used to deposit or gamble. It may also ask for identity documents.
An account must be registered and used by the player personally. SuprPlay permits one account per website and also sets a one-account rule for each household, IP address and device. Players sharing those identifiers must tell SuprPlay promptly. Accounts and funds cannot be transferred between players.
Duplicate accounts may be blocked or closed and their wagers voided. If SuprPlay retains one account, it may transfer remaining deposits to it and deduct an administrative fee of 10%, with a minimum of £30 or equivalent, for each other account opened in breach of the rule.
Deposits and play
Players need an account and cleared funds before wagering; SuprPlay does not extend credit. For GB customers, its terms specify GBP as the only accepted currency. Listed deposit channels include debit cards, e-wallets, prepaid vouchers and bank transfers, subject to availability. Cash, credit cards and cheques are not accepted. Payment methods must be lawfully issued and belong solely to the player, not a company or joint holder.
Current deposit minimums, method availability, transaction times and any fees are shown in the casino’s payment or deposit area rather than fixed here. SuprPlay may request evidence of identity, affordability or the source of funds before or after a deposit.
For online slots played by UK customers, the terms set these per-game-cycle stake ceilings:
| Verified age | Maximum stake per spin |
|---|---|
| 18–24 | £2 |
| 25 or older | £5 |
Withdrawals and balances
SuprPlay normally directs a withdrawal back to the original funding source where possible. Otherwise it may use a bank account in the registered player’s name and ask for proof of ownership. Available methods, minimums, fees and timings depend on the payment pages and provider.
The real-money deposit balance can be requested even while a bonus is pending or active, provided payments have cleared, required checks are complete and no relevant game-defect or suspected prohibited-activity investigation prevents payment. Bonus money itself is not withdrawable before its wagering conditions are met. Under the separate bonus terms, taking out real money before completing an active bonus’s wagering requirements forfeits that bonus and its related winnings.
If a withdrawal is requested without wagering at least the amount of an unstaked deposit, SuprPlay may charge 5% of the requested withdrawal or £5, whichever is higher. Additional bank or processing charges may apply. Other applicable withdrawal fees must be displayed before the request is confirmed.
SuprPlay says it keeps customer funds in designated accounts separate from its operating accounts, but classifies those funds as Not Protected under the Gambling Commission scheme. Separation is not a guarantee of repayment if the operator becomes insolvent.
Inactive accounts
An account with a real-money deposit balance becomes inactive after 12 consecutive months without access and dormant after 30 months. SuprPlay describes an attempt to return an inactive balance, subject to document checks. If the return fails, it may apply a £5 monthly administration fee and/or close the account. Logging in reactivates an inactive account; a balance may also be claimed through the casino’s withdrawal process or its support channels.
Bonuses and account restrictions
Casino Voodoo promotions are subject to general terms, bonus terms and any offer-specific conditions. The bonus terms generally require 10× wagering of the bonus amount unless an offer says otherwise; eligible games, expiry and winnings caps can differ. While bonus funds are in use, the stated maximum is £2 per bet or spin until wagering is complete, including double-up wagers. Players should check the applicable offer before claiming or playing.
SuprPlay prohibits collusion, automated play that makes wagering decisions, unfair-advantage tools, false account details and attempts to mask a player’s location. Depending on the circumstances and regulatory requirements, suspected breaches may result in account restrictions, voided wagers or deposits, cancelled withdrawals, or withheld winnings. Technical faults can also result in cancelled wagers or corrected balances.
Safer gambling and closing an account
SuprPlay offers deposit, loss, stake and session limits, reality checks, time-outs and self-exclusion. Financial limits set at Casino Voodoo do not automatically carry over to other SuprPlay brands; self-exclusion requested from SuprPlay does apply across its UK-licensed online brands. See responsible gambling for the available controls.
A player may ask SuprPlay to close an account through its email or live-chat support. Return of the remaining deposit balance is subject to necessary verification and the account terms. A player closing an account because of gambling problems should tell SuprPlay the reason so the relevant exclusion can be applied.
Complaints and governing rules
SuprPlay accepts complaints through its support channels. A dissatisfied player may escalate a dispute in writing by email. Its terms aim for an internal review within eight weeks of the original complaint; an unresolved case may be referred to eCOGRA after eight weeks or following an earlier final response, provided it falls within that provider’s remit. The casino’s terms specify the laws and courts of England and Wales for disputes about those terms.
