About this page

This page summarises privacy-related points for Casino Voodoo players; it is not SuprPlay Limited’s privacy notice or a complete policy for this site. For casino account questions, contact our support by email or live chat.

Information used for player checks

SuprPlay Limited’s terms say it may ask players for documents and details to check identity, age, address, residence, payment-method ownership and the source of money used for play. It may also ask about income or expected gambling spend. Age checks take place at registration, before gambling; if age cannot be verified, deposits and gambling remain unavailable until verification succeeds.

The operator may use third-party verification services. Its account interface describes document uploads and possible manual review, with a further request if more information is needed. These are checks for a player account with the operator, not checks carried out by this site.

Records and marketing

SuprPlay Limited’s terms say communications with players are recorded for compliance, accounting and financial-regulation purposes. They also describe keeping information about a closed player account for up to six years, or longer where law requires or its retention policy provides. The examples given include contact details, IP address and transaction details. This does not establish a retention period for this site.

The operator’s account interface says players can withdraw marketing consent in account settings or use an unsubscribe option in its messages. Under its bonus terms, daily welcome-offer reminder emails depend on direct-marketing consent. A player who opts out during the offer remains eligible and can still see the claim prompts on the casino site, but no longer receives those email reminders.
