Responsible Gambling at Casino Voodoo
Gambling and support
Gambling can result in losing the money you deposit. This page summarises controls described in Casino Voodoo's terms. These controls are applied in your casino account, not on this page. To change a Casino Voodoo account setting, use the tools in your casino account or contact the casino's support by live chat or email.
If you ask to close your casino account because of problem gambling, tell the casino that this is the reason. An ordinary closure request and a self-exclusion request are not the same thing.
Financial limits
Casino Voodoo describes three types of financial limit. Each can be set for a day, week or month:
| Limit | What it caps |
|---|---|
| Deposit | Money added to the account |
| Loss | Real-money stakes minus winnings or returns |
| Stake | Total stakes, whether bets win or lose |
The casino asks players to consider a deposit limit after registration. Deposit limits can be set through its website or support; support can also set loss and stake limits by email or live chat. Once a financial limit is reached, further play is blocked for that limit period.
These periods follow fixed UTC calendar resets: daily at 00:00, weekly on Monday at 00:00, and monthly on the first day of the month at 00:00. A request to lower a financial limit takes effect immediately. Increasing, removing or otherwise relaxing one requires contacting casino support, waiting 24 hours and then confirming the request again.
Financial limits set at Casino Voodoo do not automatically extend to other SuprPlay brands. To request limits on another brand, use that brand's account or contact casino support.
Time and play controls
A maximum session-time limit can restrict how long you stay logged in. Reaching it logs you out and stops a game in progress. Session-time limits may be daily, weekly or monthly. Lowering one takes effect immediately; an increase, removal or other relaxation requires casino support, a 24-hour wait and reconfirmation. Session limits and reality checks are brand-specific rather than automatically shared across SuprPlay brands.
When activated, reality checks appear at an interval chosen by the player. They show time spent playing and spending or winnings, with access to transaction history and a choice to continue or exit. The casino also describes a timer showing how long a player has been logged in.
Casino Voodoo offers a time-out for a shorter break. The available blocks are 24 hours, seven days or one month; you may also reasonably request a different duration, provided it is no longer than six weeks. The account cannot reopen before the selected period finishes.
Self-exclusion
To request self-exclusion, contact Casino Voodoo support by email or live chat and specify the period. The minimum is six months. After the request is processed, play and account access are blocked for the exclusion period, and the account cannot reopen during it. When that period ends, the account remains closed for seven years unless the player actively asks to reopen it; a further 24-hour cooling-off period applies before reopening.
Unlike the brand-specific limits above, a self-exclusion request is described as extending automatically across online gambling brands operated by SuprPlay Ltd under its UK Gambling Commission licence. Do not try to get around an exclusion by using different details or another person's account. Casino Voodoo's terms say regulatory verification requests may still require contact during self-exclusion.
Great Britain residents can also use the free GAMSTOP multi-operator self-exclusion scheme at gamstop.co.uk. Casino Voodoo warns that activation with the operator can take several days and that the details supplied to GAMSTOP must match the casino account for the exclusion to take effect there.
Age and household safeguards
Casino Voodoo does not permit under-18s to open accounts. Its terms require age checks before gambling; if age cannot be verified at registration, deposits and play are unavailable until verification succeeds.
Where a child could use a shared device, keep casino login and payment details private, turn off remembered passwords and consider parental-control or gambling-site blocking software. The casino names Betblocker and GamBlock as examples of third-party blocking tools.
